Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Some items are not eligible for return, including final sale items, gift cards, and any custom or personalized products.
If your return is approved, we will send instructions for returning your item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within a reasonable time.
